Depending on how you use the app, BambooBloom may process the following categories of information:

- Directly from you when you register, sign in, place an order, add an address, update account details, save favorites, create invoice profiles, or contact support.
- Automatically from your in-app actions to maintain app functionality, such as storing orders, favorites, support history, and account preferences within the app experience.

BambooBloom uses information to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Provide product browsing, cart, checkout, order, wallet, invoice, and support features.
- Maintain saved preferences such as favorites, folders, gift presets, recently viewed items, and addresses.
- Display order records, payment attempts, shipment progress, and related support information.
- Respond to customer support requests and service questions.
- Improve the reliability, continuity, and usability of the app.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations when required.
5. Storage and Retention
BambooBloom stores app state so that your account session, orders, addresses, invoice profiles, support history, favorites, folders, gift presets, archive records, wallet activity, and related preferences can remain available inside the app.
Information is retained for as long as it is needed to provide app functionality, maintain your account experience, fulfill your requests, resolve support issues, or comply with applicable legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, it should be deleted or no longer associated with your account, subject to any retention obligations required by law.
6. Account Deletion
If you create an account in BambooBloom, you can initiate account deletion from within the app. In the current app flow, the deletion option is available from the profile area under the account management settings.
When an account deletion request is completed in the app, BambooBloom is designed to remove or clear account-related content such as:
- Favorites and favorite folders.
- Saved gift presets and local archive items.
- Support conversation history stored in the app.
- Saved invoice profiles.
- Recently viewed history associated with the signed-in account experience.

7. Sharing of Information
BambooBloom does not sell personal information. BambooBloom also does not use advertising SDKs based on the current app implementation.
If BambooBloom uses service providers or technical partners in the future to support app operations, customer support, hosting, storage, or lawful compliance, those parties would be expected to protect personal information using standards consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
8. Your Choices
You may choose to:
- Browse some app content without creating an account where the app experience allows guest access.
- Add, update, or remove saved address information in the app.
- Update account nickname and manage saved favorites, folders, gift presets, and invoice profiles.
- Request deletion of your account through the in-app deletion flow.

9. Children’s Privacy
BambooBloom is not directed to children as a standalone user account service, and it is not intended for a child to independently submit personal information without supervision where local law requires parental involvement.

BambooBloom takes reasonable steps appropriate to the app context to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. International Use
If BambooBloom is made available in multiple regions, information may be processed in accordance with the laws that apply where the app is offered and where support or operational activities are carried out.
